Jim Sirbasku and Joseph "Bud" Haney Jim Sirbasku co-founded the business with Bud Haney in 1991. Mr. Sirbasku, CEO of Profiles International, has provided the organization with the vision, leadership and motivation to become a powerful and influential force in employee selection, placement and training in tens of thousands of businesses around the globe.   As President of Profiles International, Bud Haney has been the driving force behind the overseas expansion of Profiles International. He was quick to recognize the potential for the companies' products and services in emerging markets as well as in established ones.   Since its inception Profiles International has delivered over 45,000,000 assessments to over 40,000 organizations in 122 countries.
