Once a participant has completed 360° Feedback to identify areas for development, the individual can be directed to our SkillBuilder Series.   

SkillBuilder is designed to develop the competencies that are most important to professional growth and success. The SkillBuilder Series is conveniently located on the Internet, making it easy to implement and execute.

The online SkillBuilder Series consists of 18 self-paced, self-improvement online programs.  The SkillBuilder Series is an organized, self-paced, self-study, professional development system that requires minimal HR effort. It contains thoroughly researched material that helps improve performance.  The SkillBuilder Series is a companion to our 360° Feedback System.
